Worship at 2CCW

Worship is at the center of our life together at 2CCW. For an hour each week, we gather together to be moved by the Spirit through spoken word, song, silence, and prayer. We honor the authority of Scripture and the rich history of tradition, while also creatively engaging our minds, bodies, and spirits in worship that is vibrant, relevant, and new.

Every Sunday worship service includes a Time with Young Disciples, when the children come forward and talk with an adult (usually the pastor) about something related to their faith lives.

The sanctuary is handicap accessible via the ramp on the Kenwin Street side of the building.

Nursery care is provided for infants through pre-schoolers. Sunday School for children is offered during the 10 a.m. worship service. Children begin in the sanctuary and depart for their classroom after the Children’s Message.
