We are a diverse community, spanning a wide range of theologies, life experiences, ages, economic classes, and beliefs. At the heart of our community is a deep love for God, a compassionate love for one another, and a welcoming love for the community.

Sharing God’s Spirit through our actions and our words, we focus our energies on the world around us even as we pay attention to our own inner worlds. We believe that prayer and worship are central, but that their purposes are not fulfilled until we take the values, teachings, and practices of Jesus out into the world. Therefore our prayer and learning are complemented by social action and community missions.

Our vision and our dearly held hope is that 2CCW will continue to be a welcoming and safe place where all people can grow in their relationship to God as they form deep relationships with one another.
